Notification preferences

Everyone on your team tunes their own notifications in Profile → Notification Preferences. If installs matter to you but invoice notices belong with your bookkeeper, set it exactly that way.

For each category of event (items, installs, damage, invoices, messages, and so on) you choose per channel:

  • In-app - the feed and bell
  • Email
  • SMS - text messages to your phone on file

and a frequency for each: Immediate, Daily digest, or Off.

  • Quiet hours hold non-urgent notifications during the hours you set (in your timezone), delivering them once quiet hours end.
  • Daily digest batches a category into one tidy email at the hour you pick.
  • Mute all is the master switch when you are on vacation - flip it back when you return.

Changes save from the same page and take effect immediately.
