Managers only

Billing pages are visible to account managers. If you do not see Invoices in your sidebar, ask your account manager - or see Team management for how roles work.

Invoices is billing home base: your payment method on file, the automatic billing switch, and every invoice we have sent you.

The invoice list

Each row shows the billing period, amount, status, and date. Storage is billed monthly; receiving fees and services appear as line items on the invoice for the period they happened in.

Select View to open the full invoice with line items and totals. Use Print / Save as PDF on the invoice page for a copy for your records or your client’s file.

Invoice statuses

• Sent - issued and payable.
• Paid - settled, either automatically or manually.

With automatic billing on (the default), invoices are charged to your payment method on the due date and you will get a notice before each charge - no action needed.
