Item details and photos

Select View on any inventory row (or search for the item with ⌘K) to open its detail page.

What you will find

• Photos. Inspection photos taken when the item was received and unboxed, plus any box and shipment photos. This is your visual record of the condition it arrived in.
• The facts. Status, condition, vendor, SKU, room placement, storage location, and the date received.
• Project. Which project the item is assigned to. If it came in without one, an Assign a project link appears - see Assigning projects.
• Issues. Every issue ever opened about this item, with a Report an issue button to start a new one. See Reporting an issue.

Quick actions

While an item is In Storage, the detail page offers Request an Install to start an install request with this item preselected.

Check items soon after they arrive

Photos are taken at receiving, so reviewing new arrivals in the portal is the fastest way to confirm everything came in as ordered - and to open an issue while the packaging and paper trail are fresh.
