Will-call pickups

Sometimes you do not need our truck - your crew, a mover you hired, or the client themselves will collect the items. That is a will-call: we pull and stage the items, and your people pick them up at the warehouse.

Requesting a will-call

Open Will-Call → New Request.

  1. Select the items to stage, from a photo grid of everything you have in storage.
  2. Pickup details:
    • Picking Up - the company or person collecting (required, and they should be able to show it at the door).
    • Pickup Contact - who to coordinate with day-of.
    • Estimated Boxes - your best guess helps us stage efficiently.
    • Preferred Pickup Date - warehouse-closed days are blocked in the picker.
    • Special Instructions - anything else we should know.
  3. Submit. The request appears in your Will-Call list while we confirm.

We will have everything pulled, wrapped, and waiting at the dock for the confirmed date. Picked-up items move to Will Call status and leave your active inventory.
